Refund Policy

Friday Intellytics
Last updated:

This policy covers Friday Desktop and Friday AI subscriptions. Paddle is our merchant of record. Purchases through Paddle follow its Refund Policy and Buyer Terms.

Your free trial

Friday offers a 21-day free trial. No card is required, and you aren’t charged when the trial ends. A paid subscription starts only when you choose to subscribe.

Refund eligibility

Payments are generally non-refundable unless Paddle approves a refund or the law requires one. For refunds not required by law, Paddle may consider requests received within 14 days of a payment. It may approve a full or partial refund, or decline the request.

A request within 14 days does not guarantee a refund. Your legal refund and withdrawal rights still apply, including rights for faulty or misdescribed products. See Paddle’s policy for country-specific rules and deadlines.

How to request a refund

Use the support link in your Paddle receipt, or visit paddle.net and select “Request refund.”

For help from Friday, email [email protected] with the email used for your purchase, your transaction or order number, and a short description of the issue.

If a technical problem prevents you from using Friday, contact us first. If we cannot resolve it, contact Paddle with details of the issue and our response.

Canceling your subscription

Monthly subscriptions renew until canceled. Open the billing page from Friday Desktop’s Settings, or use the “Manage subscription” link in your Paddle receipt, to cancel renewal.

Cancellation stops future renewals and keeps your access until the end of the period you already paid for. It does not automatically refund a payment or unused days.

Approved refunds

Paddle sends approved refunds to the original payment method where possible, usually within 14 days of approval. Statutory withdrawals follow their legal deadlines. A refund ends access covered by the refunded purchase.

The version of Paddle’s policy in effect when you paid applies to your purchase.
